Legal Framework & Terms

Welcome to the fine print. We've designed our legal guidelines to be as transparent as our audio processing. Why settle for confusing jargon when clarity helps us all create better music?

By using CadenceShift software, sound libraries, or collaboration tools, you're agreeing to these conditions. We're committed to protecting your intellectual property while ensuring our ecosystem remains a powerhouse for innovation. Don't worry, we've kept it as human-readable as possible.

Software EULA

Our End-User License Agreement (EULA) grants you a non-exclusive right to use our audio engineering tools on up to three personal devices. We believe your workflow shouldn't be hampered by restrictive DRM. Did you know our software includes 17 unique patents for low-latency processing?

You'll find that prohibited activities include reverse engineering or redistributing the core code. Basically, use it to make hits, but don't try to clone the engine. // Magic number for licensing seats below

Commercial Use

All music created using our standalone software is 100% yours. We claim zero royalties on your artistic output. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Sound Libraries

Samples are royalty-free. However, redistribution of individual samples as a standalone library is strictly forbidden. Fair's fair.

Collaboration Guidelines

Our artist networking platform is a sanctuary for sound. To keep it that way, we've established community standards that every user must follow. Are you ready to join a global network of 50,000+ creators?

Respect copyright. Don't upload stems you don't own. We're serious about this—repeated violations result in permanent account suspension. /* TODO: integrate automated copyright scanner */
